Celebrity Addresses - Write to a Celeb!
In the era of all things being electronic, lots of people have forgotten about good 'ole fan mail. The reality is that nothing beats getting a signed photo, autograph or even (in some exceptional cases!) a letter from your favorite celebrity. Obviously if a celebrity publisher their email address online it would probably overflow within hours, so sending them a letter through the post is the best way of contacting them.
Ok, so you've decided you're going to write to your favorite celebrity - but how do you know where to send it to? The good news is that there is a number of online resources that give you thousands of addresses either free of charge or for a small monthly membership fee.
Celebrities, by their nature, our always in demand and therefore busy people. We therefore suggest you're patient when waiting for a response, it can take literally months in some cases. If, after that time, you haven't had any luck then try another source for addresses, you may have just got unlucky or, unfortunately, you might have found a celebrity who doesn't 'do' fan mail.
One tip that we'd like to share at this point is to keep things short and not to send anything valuable. A short and easy to read letter with perhaps a photo of the celebrity (if you want an autograph) works well. You migh also want to include a return envelope with the correct postage - but remember it may not make it to them, so it's up to you! Good luck :)
